New Homes Loan, administered by Self Help CDC is a program that provides second mortgage loans for the purchase of newly-constructed homes Statewide

Who is eligible for this program?

Borrowers must have incomes of not more than 80% of the area median Funds may be applied towards the purchase of newly constructed homes from a pool maintained by the adminstering agencies

Benefit Details

Deferred payment, second mortgage loan for hiome purchase. The minimum loan is $5000, and the maximum is $25,000 or 20% of the purchase price, whichever is less Maximum loan of $25,000
